I just asked Will if we had ever sent out ballots in the past and he said no.  It had never been an issue.  I don't know how we could legitimately have electronic voting without the possibility of someone contesting the results.  I know Will used to drive up to Joe and Josephine's so they could vote but I haven't had a chance and we haven't heard from them in nearly a year.

Is there someone specific that you are concerned about that could give their proxy in another way?  Barbara gave me a hand written note today of who her proxy was. I mean I could call them and get the info over the phone.

so no way to vote if you can't be there unless it's by proxy? no mail in ballots or anything?

i can think of several people offhand that may not be able to get there and don't have internet access to see these announcements.

Next Sunday, December 19th are Witan Elections. We will be collecting ballots before and during Rites of Caffina. Voting will end at 12:30pm and votes will be counted.

If your are voting by proxy, please e-mail Caryn at carynmacluan@earthlink.net and let her know who has your proxy.  We need this email actually signed by you at some point.  Caryn will post the ballot this week.
