It was wonderful, and really made my day a lot more relaxed.  I went home with a nice "spiritual high" that lasted into Tuesday!

Thanks again for spearheading this!

Well yes and using the whole prasie offering section for folks to offer to their favorite greek deity seemed to work just fine.

Ditto!  WooHoo!  You can definitely tell that you are getting more comfortable with the chief liturgist position.

Thank you, and to everyone who participated and all who were willing to take parts on zero notice as well. It was certainly an amusing time and went quite well.

A very successful ritual, thank you Renee for putting it together!

We should definitely have more WWTOO's like this :)

LOL, so was there supposed to be an attachment?

See you tomorrow. ;)

Okay folks, sorry for the delay. I was going to write up an attachment at the beginning of the week, but well, I ended up getting distracted by a rather large plot twist. (Don't worry, things are good. Uh, I think :-P )

Anyway, here's a skeletal outline, I plan to have parts written up for tomorrow that I can hand out to people since no preparation was given. Um...Unless someone wants to do a particular part.

Gavin is going to call the gatekeeper for us (Hermes. Imagine that, hehe) and for the ritual patrons, there is an Orphic hymn calling to a rather large number of the Greek gods by name, I think i'm going to use that.  Other than that, we're all familiar with the ritual format, and i'll bring copies of the outline with me.

I'll post a little more this evening.

Okay...sorry i didn't get to post more the other evening, but here I am.

So anyway, like I said, i was just aplnning for a ritual in offering and praise of the Greek gods. Will stick with a normal ADF ritual.

One thing though...can we push it back to noon since I'm usually only getting to the grove right around 11 because of the bus?

Will discuss a bit more in the way of planning under the liturgists section.

Sunday April 27th we will be replacing your regularly scheduled program of Walk with the Old Ones with "Walk with the Greek Ones".  We will be celebrating a Hellenic Ritual starting at 11:30am, though the purpose behind it will have to be revealed by our lovely Apollonian, Renee :)

The idea was really just to do a ritual in honor of the Greek gods, just an offeratory ritual to whomever in the pantheon anyone has a desire to make offerings to for whatever reason, without asking anything in particular of them

I'll post a little more this evening.

Wow, that's ironic timing, because the 27th is actually the Greek Orthodox Easter this year!!!

I will try my best to be there, but my whole family has been invited to participate in a Greek Easter celebration at my Mom's neighbor's home, and I don't know times yet.

I'm going to try to be there.  I think that is a weekend when I'll be around.

Crystal,  can you help fix my identity. I am feeling oh so incomplete.

By the way, is it your birthday?   I didn't know. Happy birthday, Web Goddess and Senior Druid. May it be an oh so happy one.
