Hey Crystal,

It is 7:00 a.m. in the burbs of Baltimore, and I too see the sun.
So I will leave my humble domicile at about nine, and meet you guys at the Grove at ten.

See you then.

Weather is partly cloudy up here in the mountains and I'm watching the sun come up, so I guess seeing that is a good sign.

I'm going to assume things are on and will be leaving here around 8:30 to meet at the Grove around 10.

I've printed out lots of brochures about CLG, Druidry, and ADF in general, and will need help folding them.  I'm going to be bringing our folding display, banners, a table, and a bunch of pens to give away as well.

Am bringing 2 chairs and might stop by the grocery once we get everyone together to pick up some munchies.  I believe Caryn is bringing her folding canopy so we should be semi-safe from the rain.

Anyone else hopping on the CLG TRAIN? :)

Just post here if you hear anything.  I'm about to go to bed but will be up at 6am to check and see if things are still on.

I talked to Kat on Tuesday morning and at the time, she didn't know what was going to happen in the event of inclement weather. Just called her and got voice mail, so I asked her to call me or to post something on the forum.

Yeah if anyone has any updates let me know.  It costs me half a tank of gas to drive down to Baltimore and back, I'd rather not do it for nothing :)

We have a 60% chance of thunderstorms.  What is the plan?

Our first in-person planning meeting will be on Sunday, August 17, 2008 at CLG in the "Parsonage" area.  We'll start around 1 pm, and I'll try to have everyone out by 3pm.

Come and have fun!  I'm bringing dessert (blueberry cobbler!)
