I'm going to haul my records out and find the plumber we used last time I had a problem over here.  He was excellent, professional and priced fairly.

We need some light plumbing work done in Apt B upstairs ASAP, no later than Sunday.  If anyone here has plumbing experience or knows of a local plumber they've used (not relatives or friends without extensive knowledge of the quality of their work, please).

This is to fix a hot water leak in a faucet.
