Huge HUZZAH to EVERYONE who helped Caryn and I with the Yule rite and festivities.  From the planning, the pre cleaning and prep of Apt B, collecting of wood,  the prayers, the Yule tree and decorations all about, the members dinner and gift exchange, the inside altar, going to the leather shop and craft shops together, the music, the involvement in parts of the rite, the advice and guidance to me, the fire warden and those who tended the fires thru the night, the Candles of Virtue that were kept going quietly and beautifully thru the night, the food, the clean up, the role playing game, and the auction.  If I have missed anything, please forgive.  So many things and so many who took part.  It felt like a very good rite, the omen was definitely a hope-filled one, and we raised alot of money for the Grove.

Prior to the Longest Night, we honored Tyr and Odin by visiting and supporting the Wolf Sanctuary in Pa.  This was a bridge between Samhain and Yule so it also honored our charity for Yule, raising over $700 (correct me if wrong) for the sanctuary.

Huzzah to everyone indeed.  You know who you are.  Be proud.  This was monumental.

Huzzah to inspirations!

Huzzah to all those involved in the Samhain ritual that did NOT disappoint in any way.  We ran out of chairs for all the people who came!

I am sorry I didn't get to help clean up cause when I was leaving I was so tired.  I almost sideswiped a parked car on the way home because I was so tired.  I was struggling with it from about 9pm on.  Today I woke up with migraine and being SO SORE.

Hussah to Phoenix for braving the muggy weather and mosquitoes with me  to do some weeding up at the Grove yesterday.  Manannan's crane altar has been mulched with flowers planted and about 2/3 of the front walk garden has been weeded.

I would like to give out a great big huge HUZZAH to everyone who helped for the high rite this weekend:

Huzzah to Debbie and Kelly for being fantastic firewardens despite most dubious weather conditions!

Huzzah to Caryn for a wonderful Cornholing competition! And for mowing the lawn and a ton of other things that I'm sure I'm forgetting!

Huzzah to the ritual team (Ashley, Aurora, Garen, Caryn, Wayne, Debbie, Rebecca...did I miss anyone?) for some really wonderful poetry and prose! It was really ace!

Huzzah to Ashley for helping me with planning, mediating things while I was away, doing more things than I can possibly count or recall, and just generally being all around awesome!

Huzzah to everyone to donated and helped with the Silent Auction, it was wildly successful!

Huzzah to our psychics (Bennu, Ashley, Aurora, and Mia) for a wonderfully successful Psychic Faire!

Huzzah to everyone who helped and aided with the clean up! I know there were a lot of people helping out with washing dishes and getting supplies put away (as well as set up!) on Saturday and Sunday and it was so great!

And huzzah to everyone who came out and stayed with us through the storms! I think it was totally worth it.
