Everyone should have received their tax receipt for cash and in-kind donations for 2014.  If there are any discrepancies you feel are in your document, don't hesitate to contact the Pursewarden of CedarLight Grove at pursewarden@cedarlightgrove.org

If you are missing a transaction that was not labeled when placed within the cauldron, unfortunately there is nothing I can do about those.  It is very important to make sure all donations and receipts are labeled so that the PW knows what they are for and who it is from.

If your tax agent needs a signed copy, or you would prefer a signed copy for your records, also e-mail the Pursewarden so she can have one available.

All donations are tax deductible, since CedarLight Grove, ADF is a registered non-profit organization, except those that you receive a gift for, such as our fundraisers.

Please keep in mind that even if you don't itemize on your taxes, we appreciate having receipts submitted for donated goods so that we are more aware of the amount our members and guests donate to the Grove.  It is important to recognize such generosity and dedication.

Thanks for all that you donated in 2014, and we hope you will continue to support us in 2015! :)

===========

I am going to be spending the next week or so organizing some files to place into Google Drive for the Witan (which may be good for us for organization anyway).  Then I will be taking my official break and focusing on a major uber upgrade to the CLG website.

When I do the upgrade, I will be polling the membership to see what features they'd like to see.  I also am considering migrating to a different forum software that is integrated directly into the website, which would change the layout considerably.  But before any of that is done, we'll have discussion.

I WILL be moving the CLG site over to my server soon.  When that happens I will be locking down the forum during the migration so that no posts are lost because they happened to be posted while I was moving the database over to the new server.  This lockdown should only take an hour at most. I expect that to happen within the next week or two at the latest.
