Summer seems like it’s pretty quiet but there’s one promising opportunity in July. There’s also something this Saturday if anyone is interstate. I’ll be busy that day. Events for August aren’t up yet.

BioBlitz at Masonville Cove
Saturday, June 16, 2018, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Join the National Aquarium Conservation Team for our fifth annual BioBlitz! We'll explore plants and wildlife in local ecosystems while learning more about simple things you can do to protect wildlife through hand-on conservation.  A BioBlitz is an all-day event during which scientists, naturalists, students, teachers, families and other volunteers work together to identify and record as many living organisms as they can find. Pre-registration is required for this event. Volunteer space is limited and registration will close when the event is full. Participants must be at least 5 years old. All volunteers under 18 must be supervised by an adult.
