I've been asked to help run the ADF Twitter feed, and we also have a CedarLight Grove feed (though not much there yet)

Oh and if you use Firefox, a great plugin that lets you tweet directly from your browser and also shows you other peoples updates directly through your browser is Twitterfox - http://twitterfox.net/
