Can hang out for a while, but I have dinner at my Mom's to celebrate Ashley being home.

what needs to be done?

A section of wall about 8-12" wide and about 5-6' tall needs to be replaced with either sheet rock, plywood, paneling (something) to close it back up.

The bathtub faucet in Apt B won't turn all the way off and probably needs a gasket.

The ceiling in the bathroom of Apt B has peiling paint which needs to be scraped off, spackled, primed and painted.

Note the gasket was not on the original list but it might be hard to put a ladder into a wet tub to get up to the ceiling...and its a high ceiling.

4QF this weekend.  Sorry.  However, it seems like I will probably end up in the rain.  :P

I'll help where I can for as long as I can and can run home to get tools if there is something we end up missing, since I'm close by.

I can't speak for Will but I will be there.  I can climb a ladder and work on the ceiling in the bathroom.  -As long as its just peeling paint and not dissolving sheet rock, it should be a pretty easy fix.

I also plan to bring up the match to the green chair in the grove space which has fallen apart and haul off the broken one.
