Yea they just called and said" Are we all set up to do this tomorrow?"

 :o :o :o What??!!

So I will be there at about 8 AM tomorrow and everything should be done and over by the evening.  Damn I love their lead time consideration.

Nice.

If you'd like me to be there let me know ASAP so I can let work know.

LOL!!!  No need for both of us there to share a toilet that won't work!  :o

He just caught me off guard that's all.  I'm trying to finish up my bills and the grove's bills today so I can work on herbalism and CTP tomorrow on the laptop.

Woohoo!!!!  he is bringing extra guys just in case we spring a leak  :'(.
It shouldn't be deal --unless- more plants need to be moved.  That would be a pain.  Looks like no rain but only about 39 degrees.  ICK.

Lft msg for Matt & Jackie and talked to Erin so they know.

Mission Accomplished--And the yard looks like a bomb went off.  Literally!

So I'm thinking about maybe a yard fest for raking dirt and putting plants back in the ground.   Anybody game?  I'm sure some food and drink might just magically appear and we could do some drumming around the fire afterwards?

Me, Crystal and Anna have found some cool songs that we could teach for the Highrite.

Anybody wanna play?

well i just talked to crystal she's coming down sunday but not saturday. However I don't wanna interrupt the workshop so Saturday might be better. I am down with noonish Saturday. Too much earlier and I'd be dragging a sleeping squirrel with me rofl. Let me know, and what food. I am thinking some crockpot soup like last time. Nice and thick to warm out the chill of working in the gardens. I'll do two like before. I crab one and and a vegan one.  Bread always goes good with dat.

So let me know.

Sounds good, I'll check with Will.  Its too early to find new plants at the store but folks could pick up some daffodils since we moved all ours to the back.

We could plant the irises in the back along the trees and in the woods, they would do OK back there and look nice to boot.

See discussion of the Naturalist Guild list as to what we are going to put in the gardens.  Right now we are just preparing the soil and getting everything ready.  And moving the sage back out, its not looking happy under the porch.

I have seeds but my seedlings are still inside. I doubt if we planted them right now they'd make it outside. BUT my roma tomato has sprouted the purdy little thing and four of 'em they are reaching for the sun so I think Ima have to get that grow light I was talking about.  So far the bathroom greenhouse experiment is working...zippie.

Oh yes, last frost won't be till April sometime but you will probably be able to put them outside some during the day in March.  That's always fun, bring them in, take them out, bring them in, take them out.

BTW, the yard is mostly mud so wearing some warm boots for the yard and bringing a pair of slip-ons for inside is going to be a must.  We'll have to be taking our shoes off on the porch.

And yes, warm soups sound great!  I'll try to get by panera an get some of their heavy duty multi-grain bread.  Maybe grab some humus and vegi's or something.

Ok dokie sounds good. We'll bring some wood and our drums, food, warm clothes, diggy tools and some energy  hehe. So we'll be there between noon and one.

As much as I want to start putting seeds in I know it's too early so I guess damage control is our best bet hehe.

Yep I gotta get another grow light next week and it will be off to the races with the seed starters.

I'll be bringing a salad tomorrow and some bread and maybe some other stuff.

Definitely the drums, indoor and outdoor wear, implements of digging and gloves

Garden gloves!  That's a must!  It will be chilli!

Soup is done. I am listing what's in it here so I don't forget anything and don't waste paper printing it out

Water
Veggie Broth
Rapsunel Veggie cubes
Potatoes
Nooch
Sea Salt
Dulse
Kelp
Garlic
Carrots
Corn
Celery
Watercress
Scallions
Tomatoes
Tomato paste
Tomato puree
Lemon Juice
JO Spice

The crockpot is split in two and I won't add the meat until it's at the grove and stable so it doesn't migrate into the non meat side. The meat is crab and the non meat side will have long grain and wild rice added. Left for CRAB and RIGHT for RICE. I'd have liked to eliminate anything canned but alas I didn't have the time or good source for tomatoes to make it totally from scratch, it's still yummers though.
