Members Only Secret Santa
« on: November 16, 2009, 06:32:20 AM »
We will be doing a "Home-made" Members Only Secret Santa this year.  Starting on Nov 29th we will draw names of those interested in participating (members only), and then we will exchange gifts on the long night (Yule).

They can be anything from baked goods to a knitting project, massage oil, whatever is hand-made.  Suggested cost is no more than $20, but there's no minimum so long as it is a gift from the heart :)

If you are interested in participating, please post a reply here or let Chelsea or I know at the Grove.

I'm going to ask each participant to give me the following as well:

3 of your favorite scents

3 of your favorite colors

3 of your favorite flavors

3 of your hobbies or special interests

Edit: List any allergies and strong dislikes as well.

That should hopefully give the secret santa enough information to go by when making your gift.

I'll start,

Scents:  Vanilla, Chocolate, Pumpkin, Patchouli, Amber

Flavors: Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Mint

Colors: Brown (any), Darker greens, Black

Hobbies: Playing music (guitar and drum), collecting jewelry, camping or just being outside
(I'm not sure how any of those would  be beneficial, but there ya go)

Oh I guess we should post allergies as well.

I have none to speak of.  Though I don't like flowery scents at all unless it's lilac or honeysuckle.  I like citrus and creamy scents.

3 of your favorite colors: dark hues - blue, green and purple. well, black too.

3 of your favorite flavors: cinnamon, maple and vanilla

No allergies - I really dislike a lot of clutter so, a practical gift that can be used is the best one.  :)
