Reminder: Tax Receipts for In-Kind Donations
« on: September 24, 2012, 08:04:11 PM »
Greetings all,

I've been getting some unnamed receipts lately in the cauldron for tax purposes.  If I don't have a name attached to a receipt I cannot credit you for the donation.

Please either write your name on the receipt with which funds on the receipt were actually for the Grove and put it in the cauldron, or place in an envelop with the same stipulations.

Receipts without a name cannot be counted.

Thanks!

I admit to doing this a lot.  :-[
If there are receipts in there (like this week I put 3 in), everything on them was purchased for the Grove, and I don't itemize my taxes, nor care if I get personal credit, so I stick them in there anonymously figuring that you or Caryn can use them when you itemize your own taxes. So, write Crystal on them.  :P
