When Signing the Attendance Book
« on: June 29, 2015, 06:56:15 PM »
Please PRINT your full name when signing the attendance book.  While updating the membership coordinator stuff to hand over to Lynda there were several names that were indistinguishable, one name written in runes, and another with he nickname "Scotty" and "Scotty's Mom" and "Scotty's Dad" which will mean nothing 2 years down the road if we have a new membership coordinator that isn't familiar with names.  I assume this is Scott O, but I honestly have no way of knowing.

Since this is a record keeping device for membership, it's required that it be legible and with full names written in print (not your signature).

Please keep this in mind to save Lynda headaches and any future Membership Coordinators headaches moving on.

Thanks :)

Yes, that would be me(Only Scotty at the grove). And that would be my parents, but they aren't members. As far as i know they don't have any intention of becoming members right now either.
