I was looking for ways for my students to volunteer with the community, and this came up as an option. Most of the opportunities are not during the school day, so it doesn't work well for the program, but I thought it sounded like something the grove would enjoy. Blue Water Baltimore helps to plant trees, clean up streams and and forests and protect the waterways all over Baltimore
. They ask people to register for any volunteer work and say they provide tools and training.
